Response to Notices
Anticatalysts assesses all legitimate DMCA notices and adheres to relevant procedures, which may include removing or disabling access to infringing content. We may reach out to the alleged infringer to allow them to submit a counter-notice under the law.
Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe your removed content was wrongly identified as infringing, you are entitled to submit a counter-notice including identification of the removed content, a sworn statement under penalty of perjury about the mistake, and agreement to jurisdiction in your area. Upon verification, Anticatalysts may restore the content at its discretion.
Limitation of Liability
Anticatalysts is not liable for copyright violations by third parties who publish or distribute material via external sites. We act diligently to remove infringing content upon justified notice but cannot fully monitor all content continuously.
